Week date formula

I would like to build a 2 date formula's:
1. on picking up a current date and adding on x number of days - it only returns a week day date (not a weekend)
2. on picking up a current date and adding on x number of days - it only returns to the closest upcoming monday or tuesday date (if possible)

I can send an example if required

Thanks - I have used the =WORKDAY(cell ref, -x) and =WORKDAY(cell ref, +x) to add or subtract days from the source date
