Hello y'all. One of my staff members uses MS Excel 2000 on Windows 98. On random files, Excel will suddenly produce an error message for no apparent reason (for example if you try to see a print preview) and will shut down. The details of the error message are the following :

"EXCEL caused a general protection fault
in module HPBF0320.DRV at 001b:000066ea.

We already tried to uninstall and reinstall MS Ofiice, without any result. If you have any idea, please HELP!

Greg.
