Hi, I have an excel file which is saved on my OneDrive. All the users have been specified and can access the xls.

The users have been reporting that when one use does something like filter records, other users see the filter! I didn't think this was possible.

We are all on Windows10, office 365. There are macros that add a new customer record and switch enquiry sheet record to a sales sheet record.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Andrew

I know that VBA doesn't work well with Share Files. Every time you run a VBA macro, it can possibly kick other people out of the document. Excel Online also has the new feature that when you filter, you can choose whether or not the other users can see your filtered view.

Hi Thanks for your reply. What you say about the filtering makes me think there is an option to, as you say filter self/all.

Cheers
