Where do I find my watched threads (without mail notification)?

Hi everyone.

Maybe this question has been answered a thousand times, but I cannot find anything about it.

Where do I find threads where I clicked on the [watch] button and checked the box "without receiving email notifications"?

I've been searching for a long time now, but cannot find it.
