Hi guys,

As far as I know Worksheet_Change can only use ByVal, the problem is that when I change the cell value the variable still points to the prior value, So I believe I need to use ByRef instead, but not sure how to replace it, I keep getting an error.

Is there any way to use a Worksheet_Change with ByRef??

VBA Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)

    If Target = ActiveSheet.Range("F24") then
       Growth.TxtBoxNotes.Value = WorksheetFunction.IfError(Sheets("Sku Notes").Range("m3").Value, "No text")
    End If

End Sub

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
You don't need to use ByRef, nor can you. If you're trying to check if the changed cell is F24, your code is wrong - it should be:

Code:
If not intersect(Target, Range("F24")) is nothing then
