Wrong Date format

Hi guys,

I have excel sheet with wrong date format , i need to change that format as per regular rule, pls give some ideas on it.

The main question is to determine whether you are dealing with Text or Values ...

Select the column > Data Tab > Text to columns > Delimited > Next > Uncheck all boxes > Next > Date & select MDY > Finish
