This is my original formula
=XLOOKUP(@'Roll-Up'!X:X,'PPTX Reminder Ltrs_Mailed'!A3:A7462,'PPTX Reminder Ltrs_Mailed'!D3:D7440)

I want the formula to leave the cell blank if it is not found but I keep getting #Value, #NA, or 1900 as a date return.

So I switched it up but then it doesn't return anything
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(@'Roll-Up'!X:X,'PPTX Reminder Ltrs_Mailed'!A2:A7999,@'PPTX Reminder Ltrs_Mailed'!D2:D7999,TRUE),"")

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Have you tried it as below:
Excel Formula:
=XLOOKUP(@'Roll-Up'!X:X,'PPTX Reminder Ltrs_Mailed'!A3:A7462,'PPTX Reminder Ltrs_Mailed'!D3:D7440,"")
