Hi,
I have the following formula which returns the first entry on the list matching several criteria:
Excel Formula:
=XLOOKUP(1,('CTMS export_All TemPo'!$K$2:$K$100000=$A3)*('CTMS export_All TemPo'!$D$2:$D$100000=$C$1)*('CTMS export_All TemPo'!$V$2:$V$100000="Complete"),'CTMS export_All TemPo'!$W$2:$W$100000)
How do I post process it so that it returns max value instead?
Thank you :)

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
How about
Excel Formula:
=MAX(FILTER('CTMS export_All TemPo'!$W$2:$W$100000,('CTMS export_All TemPo'!$K$2:$K$100000=$A3)*('CTMS export_All TemPo'!$D$2:$D$100000=$C$1)*('CTMS export_All TemPo'!$V$2:$V$100000="Complete")))
