i want to mix between sumif & If

all i want to make report to know fees for Material/Labour/overhead but separated in two cell ( one for egypt & one for London) , so i think i want to mix between Sumif & If
so can anyone tell me the equation ?

Which version of Excel are you using?
If 2007 or later, take a look at the SUMIFS function, which allows you to do multiple criteria.
