i need to create the following for all "parent matrix" in column B. For all these lines i need column D "item options" to match the corrsponding child. some child data is below or above the parent. to decipher which child goes with which parent matching the itemid in column A will answer. here is the final exception i am trying to create so i do not have to manually do this for 20000 lines.

As an example, for Parent Matrix Item 24 ( line 12) with Child Matrix Item 24-White and24-Black ( lines 10 and 11) , their Item Option should be "Colors"<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
For Matrix Item 1134 (line 3611) ( and its Children, they should be "matrixactualcolors|matrix sizes"<o:p></o:p>
