VBA to retrieve metadata from .MOV files ('com.apple.quicktime.creationdate' value)

I'm writing code to take all of my iPhone photos and movies and renaming them to be the Date Taken and a description (ex. 20170717-Birthday party.mov)

The code works fine for photos, but the .MOV files do not have the same property as the .JPG files. I can use the GETPROPERTY command (GetProperty(Path & FileName, 12)) to retrieve the value for the .JPG files, but I'm struggling with the .MOV files. After researching, it looks like I may need to get the property 'com.apple.quicktime.creationdate', but don't know how.

Can someone tell me how to get the 'com.apple.quicktime.creationdate' value from the file metadata?

Thanks for any help.
