Macro to create new workbook and copy data

Hi,
I am looking for macro to copy rows based on partial cell content of a column. I have an excel spreadsheet called "arc.xlsx" from which I would like to copy data to other few new excel files when certain criteria are met. The excel file contained location is C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx\Desktop\Company.


Below is the sample data from the excel file, where I need to create a file based on the Column C (Line) data, The macro should divide the rows based on column C and create new file with the unique name, save it in specified folder. Heading should be retained for all the files created.

Am only a beginner in Excel so please help me out to learn more with this file as needed.
