I posted this formula the other day but didn't get a response. Maybe that means that it can't be done. I'm wondering if Excel can do negative logarithms (base 10).
I have the following formula:
186 * dm-1.154 * ls-0.203 * (.652 if male)
The dm and ls are negative logarithms. So the equation is 186 times the negative log of 1.154 times the negative log of 2.03 times .652 if the person is male. If the person is female the .652 isn't multiplied.
Does anyone know how to do this? If not, I'll move on and try to solve this another way. Thank you.
