I have the following sub in Book1 which, every 10 seconds, searches all open Workbooks for a Sheet called "Run Calcs". There is a link from "Run Calcs" to Book1 that I want updated. When I change the cell in "Run Calcs", the cell in Book1 does not get updated after 10s although the code does run through the UpDateLink. Any ideas what the problem is!

Thanks

Sub dom_Update()
Dim dt_timer As Date
Dim j As Variant

On Error Resume Next

j = ActiveWorkbook.LinkSources
For i = 1 To 10

If InStr(1, j(i), "Run Calcs", vbTextCompare) > 0 Then
ActiveWorkbook.UpdateLink Name:=j(i)
Exit For
End If
Name:=ActiveWorkbook.LinkSources
Next i

dt_timer = DateAdd("s", 10, Now())
Application.OnTime dt_timer, "modForecast.dom_Update"

End Sub
