    Have a spreadsheet which contains functions in 300 hundred rows.
    Data is automatically imported using a macros.
    Not all 300 rows are used most of the time for each import.
    How do I set the Page Setup - Select Print Area to automatically select only the rows where data was imported?

    Try this:
    ActiveSheet.PageSetup.PrintArea=ActiveCell.CurrentRegion.Address

    Hope this helps.
    Kind regards, Al.

    Thanks. Tried it but it still prints everything. I think it still sees the formulas in the unused cells. I think that's the problem.
