    Help!!
I have 50 rows of data numbered 1-50, so far so good.
I want to have each row duplicated 25 times .
ie 1-25 same data in all rows
26-51 same data in these rows.etc, etc
I can do it manually- though very time consumming and it needs done regularly.

    Any help would be welcome

The following code should work for you:

    Range("a1").Select
    For i = 1 To 50
    Selection.EntireRow.Select
    Selection.Copy
    Range(Selection, Selection.Offset(23, 0)).Select
    Selection.Insert Shift:=xlDown
    ActiveCell.Offset(25, 0).Select
    Next

It assumes the data starts in cell A1.

This is quite simple to do manually.

Assuming that your sequential numbers (1-50) are in Column A :
    - Select the 50 rows and Copy
    - Select 1200 rows underneath the 50 rows and Paste
    - Sort by Column A

    You could record a macro.
