I have a three different ranges that contain averages between 1.5 and 4. I also have one average for all the numbers. I am trying to write a formula that looks to see how many times within the individual ranges the average is above the total average. this is what i am trying to use, but it is returning a "0" and i know that is not correct.

    =count(if(k27:k52>e12,false))

    =count(if(k27:k52>e12,false))
    How about: =COUNTIF(K27:K52,">"&E12)
