how to use inbuilt functions in macro like find,substitute,mid function in macro ??

there are quite a few functions available in VBA which work same as their excel counter part, for excel functions which are not avaliable in VBA, you can use

Application.Functionname(argument list)

search this forum / google for list of VBA functions
