I Have an attendance sheet that a list of staff, staff times and a list of reasons for non attendance.
What I am trying to accomplish is when a staff member does not show for work I can pick the reason why "SICK" and their name changes to red and strikethrough. the current formula is =$D$6="SICK" however I need this to take in account ALL 5 reasons
SICK
TOIL
REC
ATW
COS
I have tried a few variations but can't get the whole list to work ??
