I am expirementing with DDE links and creating a spreadsheet that brings the last price of a stock into a cell. Yahoo finance offers free data on a delayed basis and i wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction for getting my first cell done so that I understand how to do it. Do I need an update button? Do I need to enable dde links within excel? If the first stock is Microsoft (msft), how do I do that?

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
