If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.

Not in the actual footer. But you can cheat and setup your worksheet so the bottom cells look like a footer.

I don't see that happening--not even in XP. At least, not without code--and I don't even think you can with code.
