In cell M1 I have the following formula: =IF(AA1<>"",(K1),"". Cell AA1 contains a possible value. Cell K1 contains a Constant. I want to drag this formula down thru 500 cells. When doing so, I want the AA1 value to increment (ie., AA2,AA3,AA4.... I want the K1 value to remain constant (the same in all 500 cells. Is this possible?

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Yes... change K1 to $K$1. You may want to review the Excel Help Index topic for "Move or copy a formula".
