Getting PivotTable to show ZERO instead of a blank cell

I'm attempting to make a chart for a school project and have just discovered PivotTables. I have managed to make it produce every graph I can dream of, but I am having trouble making a table format itself the way I want it to. Right now if there is no data for a given row/column, that cell shows up as blank. Is it possible to make it show a zero value instead? Otherwise I fear it will be horrible to read on paper.

I have to apologize, I am pretty ignorant with excel beyond making it do my calculus homework. Up until this point I have done everything through trial and error.

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
That has to be the fasted, most helpful forum reply I have ever got! thanks man!

I feel like an idiot, I must have looked past that about 50 times.

EDIT: also, should I edit this to say [SOLVED], I know some help forums are quite particular about that.

Nah, we're not that particular. All we ask is that if something works for you, you let everyone know. ;)

I need to show an average column on my Pivot Table, where blank cells is treated as zero.

However, It seems that the average column doesn't consider the blank cells even though I have shown them as zero.

Any tips on this?

Thank you.
Cheers.
