Customizing right click menu (commandbars("Cell"))

I am trying to customize my right click-menu with application.commandbars("Cell").controls.add, but it seems as it's not working when I right-click in a ListObject? Can it be true?

Is there anything I should be aware of when customizing my right click menu? I've experienced to customize it in a sheet with the exact same code with no result. Is there any reference which should be added or something?
