FORMULATEXT Function in excel 2007

I know about the function FORMULATEXT in office 2013
Can I have this function in 2007 through UDF Function?

What about Array Formulas >> The brackets doesn't appear as a result of the function

I want the result to show the brackets if the formula was Array formulas

I tested this and the function now works fine

Function FormulaText(Rng As Range) As String
    If Rng.HasArray Then
    FormulaText = "{" & Rng.Formula & "}"
    Else
    FormulaText = Rng.Formula
    End If
End Function

Any way to use this UDF function but have it not display the equal sign at the beginning? So it can be used as a reference to a link in a sense?
