Help regarding Product & If function

Hello friends,
I need a solution to following little problem. I want know how can I multiply 2 values in different cells based on a value in 3rd cell. Suppose I want to multiply H10 & H13 (in cell H12) if the value in cell F48 is greater than 0 ,, If F48=0 then instead of multiplying, a word "Clear" should appear ..
