If formula from quattro pro to EXCEL

Changed a formula from quatro pro to Excel. But formula did not convert.
I would like a formula that will read:

If C10=0, or if D10=0, then =(C11-D11)/D11-1

My problem is, when a Zero is in one of the columns, it gives me an error message.

In quattro, the formula was :

@IF(C10=0#OR#D10=,(C10-D10), (C10/D10)-1)

Any help to have the same result in EXCEL? Thank you.

Good answers, but... Shouldn't the possibility of D11-1 being 0 be considered? I would modify the above to consider this.

For instance, I would modify Joe Was's formula to:
=IF(D11-1=0,"",if(OR(C10=0,D10=0),(C11-D11)/D11-1,""))

The first "" could be some warning message, instead.
