Hi Baggwell

Create a new module:
Insert -> Module

copy/paste these codes into the module:
Code:
Sub Checkbox1Clicked()
If Range("D2").Value Then MsgBox "Checkbox1 clicked", vbInformation
End Sub

Sub Checkbox2Clicked()
If Range("D4").Value Then MsgBox "Checkbox2 clicked", vbInformation
End Sub

Sub Checkbox3Clicked()
If Range("D6").Value Then MsgBox "Checkbox3 clicked", vbInformation
End Sub

Rightclick checkbox1 and select "Assign Macro..."
Doubleclick on "Checkbox1Clicked" in the list

Do the same for checkbox2 and checkbox3, with "Checkbox2Clicked" and "Checkbox3Clicked" respectively

That should be it...
