Ok im trying to total up the time when a support record is assigned to various groups with in the system.
I have the support record id in Col A
Col F has the actual team name when its changed in the record
Col G has an indicator when the group is changed
Col H has the time this item is changed in the system
Col J has the Hour minute and second value for each change
ABC123,,,,,Team_Name,Assignment_Group,dd/mm/yy hh:mm:ss,,hh:mm:ss
the goal is to add the total duration when the assignment group is changed each record may have multiple assignments even with the same teams.
ive tried lookup and match and index and the inputs between group assignments can be varible. Also there are like 1000 records in the extract.
im trying to get a value of how well teams are doing.
