Create Multi Series Chart w/ Data in Database Form

Hello,

I have information in database form (example below), I need to make a multi series scatter with straight lines plot from this information.

So I need a method to make the name of each series the name and then for that series plot the x and y values....

Example:

Name	X Axis	Y Axis
Joe	1	500
Joe	2	1000
Joe	3	10000
Joe	4	100000
Mary	1	500
Mary	2	10000
Amy	1	12000
Amy	2	14000
Amy	3	25000
Amy	4	30000
Amy	5	40000
Amy	6	20000
Amy	7	25000
......
