Can you help me create a formula that would mark either Yes or No (Y/N) whenever an account was affected by a Network Issue within the date range of its installation up to disconnection? The correct answer is in the "Affected by Network Issue Column".

Thank you for your quick response. However, I have hundreds of data with different circuits. Can we take into consideration the Account's circuit and comparing it to the list of circuits in the network issue list?
