Such as these red lines I added in Paint:

I simply can't find the option.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Strangely enough, I saw three videos on something like this the other day. I think you will want to add error bars.

Watch this and the subsequent two from the ExcelIsFun channel on youtube and let us know if they're germane.

Unfortunately, this isn't working.

I added Error Bars and chose More Options... then I selected 'Minus' (as he did). So far, so good.

I then clicked Custom and Specify Value and removed the entries from both text boxes but whereas his lines stayed, mine totally disappeared, so I can not select them to change colors etc. as he did.

Buggy program?

You must have failed to put the range into the 'Negative Error Values' box.
