This is a daily data that I have for e.g. April 1st on one worksheet, similarly I have 30 work sheets for 30 days of the month. Now what I want to do is have one summary sheet which would give me a MTD report summing total calls, average AHT, total Aux, Average staffed hrs (all in same format) for the attendance I want a count of all four in this sheet.

I am trying to get all this data in the summary sheet so that I know what is the productivity of each person in a month.

Thanks
Shesh

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
You can sum over several sheets if all the items are in the same cell with a simple formula like this:

=Sum(April1:April30!C4)....this would sum all ADT Calls for Roopali Kamat over the 30 sheets.

you could do the same using average, i.e. =Average(April1:April30!C4)

If you add a sheet at the end of your monthly sheets, you can use:

=SUM('Apr 1:Apr 31'!B3)

To sum B3 from the first sheet to the last.

Hope that helps,

Thanks a lot NBVC it works beautifully however I am still stuck with the count function for the Attendance (total days present, days absent, leaves, and totla work off's). I hope you can help me but the cells with attendance have a vlookup formula hope it is not a problem.
