Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Public A, B, C as Double means only C as Double. The rest are Variant. Need to declare one by one explicitly

Same as Dim A, B, C as Double. Only C is Double
