Chart issue converting from 2003 to 2010

After open Excel 2003 sheets with charts and saving in 2010, losts all titles, axes definitions and legend and any other descriptions using fonts are all compressed into 1 space. Any idea what's going on?

Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
