Clear Form Text

I have a form that a user enters information and a calculation is performed and the calculated value is posted to another field. I would like that information to be cleared from those two fields when a new record is selected. Is there a way this can be done?

They use a ComboBox as an example, but it will work for any Control (Text Boxes, etc).
