Compare 2 columns for non-matching numbers

Hi everyone

I haven't been on this board for about 18 months. It looks great and I've already found answers to some other questions. This site is so helpful I want to kiss my computer at times (pretty sad, eh..)

My current dilemma... I have two columns of phone numbers and I want to find and isolate (move to another column/worksheet) the numbers in one column that do not appear in the other. (In a perfect world the records would be the same - I'm doing a reconciliation of sorts...)

I know one of you will be able to help.. My levels of frustration are at your mercy... ray:

Hi Sixth Sense,
I absolutely agree your method is lightyears faster to perform. I was trying to get away without using the same CountIf formula (even in code) and just sort of make it an academic exercise. Gotta admit though I don't think I could've come with anything as quick as your's anyway. That's pretty slick.
I guess it was rather academic...as the way not to do it!
