I have a file with something like 1600 rows. I would like to collapse them into their correct groups. The data has a column labeled "Level" that indicates the outline level. It looks something like this:

Level
0
1
2
3
4
2
3
1
1
2
3

It goes as far as level 7.

Is there a way for excel to create a collapsible group for these so that I can expand the different levels as I see fit? I really don't want to do this manually.. It would take days. Is there a Macro out there to help me? Or maybe just a button to click =]

Thanks...

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
