Custom excel chart

Hi

I have a stacked bar chart in excel. This is made up of positive and negative comments. I can get the negative topic names down one side of the axis but can't work out how to get the positive down the right hand side of the chart? (Example below)

X axis Right axis
Service Poor Results here/ 100% - + Service Good
CS Poor Results here/ 100% - + CS Good
Timeliness Poor Results here/ 100% - + Timeliness Good

I have researched this. Any help would be much appreciated.
