Hi guys,

I am looking for a way to add a running total on the bottom of the table as a sort of total sum.

Here is a screenshot of my data:

I want to insert it where the red line is.

Anyone got an idea how this would be possible?
I want the rest of the pivot table to stay the same and keep the structure.

Thanks in advance.

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
Hi to me knowledge one can display running totals along with totals by again picking the same data component in the values area but that running total would be displayed in columns and not rows as it make more sense. If you want to display the running total in rows along with main totals, you will have to forego with the existing pivot table format. Its give and take.

I am bumping here.

Basically, I am looking for a way to get a year to date total for this year and the previous years (so the total until today's date in 2012, 2011 and 2010).
How do I get this done with my current format?
