I have a spreadsheet of data that I have formatted the columns to the width that I want to export the file at, I then save the file as a space delimited.prn file and the data comes out formatted mostly correct.

The issue I have is it only exports the first 1000 bytes of all the rows, then on the lines below that the next 1000 bytes of all the rows and so on when I need this data all on one line, or at least in sequential lines to the rows they correspond to.

If anyone has any idea how to possibly do this or could point me to something that could do this it would be greatly appreciated.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
