Help needed for a macro

In 1 of the ws (out of 15) in my Excel workbook; B2:B200 generates +ve integers including 0 i.e. 0,1,2,3,4,5,... PLUS some cells in B2:B200 are blank (since no values/formulas being present there).

The corresponding C2:C200 & D2:D200 contains formulas & generates numerical values.
Output required: Formulas in corresponding C2:C200 SHOULD GET REMOVED IMMEDIATELY for corresponding B2:B200 generating 3.

Ex:
B2=1(thr' formula) C2=D2(formula) D2=200.32 (thr' formula)
B2
.
.
Now if:
B2=3 THE FORMULA IN C2 SHOULD GET REMOVED IMMEDIATELY

How to accomplish?

I totally agree....
The ws with tab named "7" ONLY is the ONLY worksheet which gets real time feeds. It is a stock market 'live' data. So with regard to 'speed' of the data updation, "7" gets updated as fast as the data in the 'live' stock market updates & thereby all other ws including "D3" & "E3" gets updated.

Regarding "what matters is the method being used and whether we can use the feed to trigger the macro (if it is being pulled in by a macro it will make life easier)": In "D3": The columns are A,B,C,D,E,F. A=Simple name punched (no formula); B=a formula like '=V!X12' & the formula has been manually punched in every cells of B, C=a formula like '=D2' & the formula has been manually punched & then copied down in every cells of C, D=a formula like '='7'!L22' & the formula has been manually punched & then copied down in every cells of D; here D is indirectly getting real time feed. I have seen & been USING in this same Excel workbook macro (in other ws) which 'functions' analogous to when any cell of column D updates & the trigger point is reached (in this case "3" found in C to make FORMULA FREE & thereafter if "3" changes to either of 0,1,2,4,5 to make it back FORMULA LADEN, E=same as D, F=same as C.

So in "D3" we are having INDIRECT feeds & this INDIRECT feed can trigger the macro.
