There are 3 students. I made a graph of their score in 2010 and 2011. Now I wanna circle their performance and write it's for 2010 and 2011.
I have seen such marking in several places.
Is there any option to make such circle in graph in MS Excel?
Please check the example of my graph. I used line draw to make it.

Also, how can I remove the 'series 4', 'series 5' and 'series 6' in the legend.

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
THere may be a way using VB to create the circles but I am not certain. What i have done in the past is create a secondary axis and created a few helpers cells that give me 1 or 0 to make a mark.

You may need to create a second chart to create a point where you want it circled. You could use a custom PNG file as a circle possibly to highlight that area based on the reason it would be circled. Put the chart behind it or create a secondary axis.
