Inconsistency in Excel Pivot Page Breaks

Hi MrExcel,
I am having problems with the auto-page breaks on a classic pivot table (see attached picture).

When items from the inner field (Dimension 2) overlap a page such that only one item is showing on the second page, then the auto-page-break does not work, resulting in the next item from the outer field (Dimension 1) appearing on the same page.

Weirdly, if the items from the inner field overlap the page so that 2 or more items are shown on the next page, then the page break works fine again.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
