Interactive Dashboard... Publish to Web?

I have developed an interactive dashboard type workbook for my company... but I would like to be able to publish it on our intranet instead of re-mailing out a workbook every week.

How can I publish my dashboard to the web and maintain interactivity?

I tried going to a workstation with Excel97 and using the publish to web/interactivity function... that didn't work

I purchased ExcelEverywhere... it is slow and clunky and has limitations

I don't want to get into SharePoint, and I'm not a programmer. Do I have any options left or am I dead on the table here?

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
