Macro to change parameters on a dual axis in a graph

Hi,

I am having some trouble making a macro that adjusts a graph with a dual axis. I did some research and found one that only adjusts a normal x and y axis graph but I need one that can do both x and a secondary x-axis.

I have the sample document here and I have a table where I can change the parameters of the graph, the values in the table scale adjustment update automatically from a different data source. I have delinked the source and made the data static. ANy ideas on how to have the graph scale change when teh values in the table change?
