Hello. I'm new to MrExcel. This maybe an old question, but I can't find the answer.

How do I generate a list that finds all the sales made by a certain agent. For example the sales agent id is in column AA, the customers are listed in cell AG. I want a list of all of a certain agent's customers.

Thank,
Wayne

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
You could use auto filter, that's the easiest. If you want a list in each tab you could use a pivot table

Do you want a list of all a certain agents sales? Or a list of all of a certain agents sales to a certain customer?

I could write a script which would send a copy of all sales made by "Bill" to a sheet named "Bill"

You may be correct. But a lot of people here I believe are not familiar either. If I write them a script all they have to do is load the script and press a button. I will research pivot tables more. I'm always surprised how people are afraid of scripting. I like answering peoples questions and not telling them to go to other web pages and reading up on a certain subject. I know some about pivot tables and they are powerful. Thanks for your comments and help.
Mate, you're missing out big time ;)

Nor am I (afraid of scripting), I write a lot of code for people on this forum and others. I do, however prefer built in methods where possible, especially where users will not understand posted code. I'm not in the habit of sending people to external sites to read up and learn, but in the absence of any actual data I try to let people know what options are available before jumping into coding a solution.

It's always good for users to have multiple options :)
