Move the sheets and all its format from one workbook to another

Hi ...



i have Myspreadsheet.xlsb then i converted to Myspreadsheet.exe .

so when i want copy sheet from :

Source: Myspreadsheet.xlsb to

Destination: Myspreadsheet.exe

i faced the source dont see the Dest. as open workbook ,so what shall i do with this ,and can i know from expert why this happened?????
