I have a pivot table containing 5 columns of data and a grand total column. I would like to a column between each column of data containing its % of the grand total. There must be a way to handle this but I havent figured it out yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. See the sample below. For the number 2,959,616 I want to know its % of the grand total (12,177,633)

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Drag the same column headers again in the column fields of the Pivot. Change the second column "Show as" % of Row/Grand Total.
