Safe driving formula

I have a spreadsheet that calculate employees years of service and years of safe driving. My problem is when an employee has an incident and I put the date of incident I cant formulate from the new date. Says my file is to large to upload

what formula are you using to show years of driving
DATEDIF()
maybe something like
=IF(C2="","",DATEDIF(C2,TODAY(),"Y"))

for full years

where the date of incident is in column c
